[Cs-club-l] Meeting Notes 9/13

Hello everyone,

Here's what we went over during yesterday's meeting:

First off, special thanks to Will and Kristi who took off after the random person who decided it would be fun to steal Hon Solo from us in the middle of the meeting. It was a pretty close call, but your swift response saved the day.

Upcoming Events:

• Movie Night - Friday, September 23 @ 5pm off campus at Will and Steve's apartment. Movie nights are a time to just relax and hang out with everyone. We will decide what movies we want to watch there so please bring movies with you. Email csclubevents@gmail.com for location details.  
• Board Game Night  - Friday, September 30 @ 4pm in Darwin Lobby.  Bring games you want to play and feel free to bring snacks as well. We have also booked Dar 102 for those of you that would like to watch a movie (or you could just go to Movie night the week before and get your movie fill).  Dar 25 has also been reserved for those who would like to play computer games after some board games.

• Next Meeting - Tuesday, September 27 @ noon in Dar 25.  Don't forget to bring your T-shirt design/ideas. Details below.

Thanks to those of you who attended the LAN Party, we had over 45 students show up and we went through 8 pizzas. 

The potluck also went well, sorry to those of you who tried to find us and failed, we ended up getting stuck back by the elementary school.  Due to the fact that M-section park is almost always crowded we have decided that our next potluck event will be held at R-section park which is just as close to campus and a lot less busy.

We have decided to make T-shirts and will be discussing design/layout at the next meeting. If you have any ideas (or feel the urge to sketch an idea as well) please bring them to the next meeting.

We have also started in on the tour planning phase so look forward to some dates for different companies at the next meeting (9/27)
